Altons Lorry Park Truck Stop is sign posted off all major roads around Aberdeen, £7. overnight parking, showers & toilets open 24hrs, snacks and some hot meals available from forecourt shop. Restaurant and motel at entrance to lorry park. Parking for about 50 on rough ground with lots of potholes (take your wellies when raining).
From the south (A90) take the A956 signed harbour &Ind Estates, over 1st island and at 2nd island turn right into Hareness Rd, take 1st right (50yds) into lorry park. Lauries Motel is situated on the right as you turn in. From the North, follow ring road `till passing over river bridge, at island turn left follow up hill over small island and at next island go straight over then 1st right into lorry park. (lorry park signed from ring road).
