Barneys Cafe de Chauffeur, is very well situated on the end (junction 5) of the M180/A180 interchange, (intersections of A15 & A18) (the M18 is a few minutes away on the north side of the bridge) follow the signs for the airport which is via the A18 exit, and within 200yds you can see the entrance and signs for Barneys Transport Café, this will easily serve Hull and Grimsby area for some miles around.

Business Meetings - Functions - Small Conferences
There is 40 seater restaurant/function room upstairs available for private parties or seminars/training session which can be hired by the hour or day. Breakfast meetings in a private room (see photo) are another option for those meeting in the area.
Facilities
HGV overnight £5.50 includes Shower and hot drink.
£6.50 includes Shower + hot drink + £1.50 meal voucher.
The current single shower will shortly be replaced by two showers with heated floor. This is is a value for money stop with clean facilities; the two going together is good news.
FOOD is all prepared on the premises using only fresh local produce Including the following.

Also now a Pizza takeaway service form the cafe, I think this must be the first drive in takeaway for lorries? so if they ring in we can have a Pizza waiting. Tel: 01652 680966.

Barneys Cafe De Chauffeur or Transport Cafe was taken over in about 2003 by David & his wife, David was an HGV driver himself so he is well aware of the needs of drivers.
Barneys is a very clean establishment providing very good food, its a very fresh looking Transport cafe and its outside appearance is perhaps one of the best in the UK.
They are constantly keen to provide what the professional driver and wise members of the public want, from vegetarian and healthy foods to traditional meals. Provided I watch my diet I must try the Friday Grimsby fish & Chips when next passing on a Friday. Definitely a place for a stop, I suggest HGV drivers phone up for overnight parking, space is limited as the regulars can fill it up.
