Paulettes Transport Cafe Truck Stop is located at RAF Cosford Railway Station
From the m54 A41 intersection turn off and follow the signs for the RAF Museum at RAF Cosford, its about 2 minutes and suitable for multi drop rigids with some care, but, its worth every effort you might make
As you approach the traffic lights some 2/300yds from the motorway turn right into RAF Cosford.
As you proceed towards the museum you will approach a railway bridge (see the photo below), the cafe is on the off side, an extension to the immediate parking area can be seen on the far side of the park.
I have travelled all over the UK and I can say that the girls here can only be equalled, but not beaten with their egg and chips, sausage, or fish fingers.
The fish fingers are only BIRDS EYE, which means quality, trust me, they cannot be beaten. The chips are chunky chips, not cheap chips, the eggs are white and pristine, the bangers are toasted as they should be, if you fancy that occasional cholesterol treat than call in at this little GEM of a stop, I only wish it was a little larger in the park area to allow HGV, but lads, you cannot win them all, its just a wee bit to small for you big boys, unless you cheat. You could drop in with the Wife or Girlfriend when off duty hi hi, its that good..
Before I forget the bread and butter is perfect, thick slice, and moist, not dry and avoiding detection.
This wooden building has been since before World War Two, serving those RAF lads and lasses and members of the public. It used to be a Tailors shop prior to the Cafe,
LONG MAY IT CONTINUE.
This is what you will see from the directions given, see the photo below.
The below photo shows this lovely yesteryear wooden building, which provides such well cared for food.

The Girls at Paulettes Transport Cafe (truck stop) M54 junc A41, keep up the brilliant cooking girls.
Just cast your eyes on this wonderful machine, a Catalina Flying boat in first class condition, housed at RAF Cosford.
A Chap called BIGGLES used to fly one of these, ( OK! well he shud av eh!) remember him...
I just had to show you this wonderful machine, you just may like to go to RAF Cosford for the DAY, yes the DAY... its a big display that does not get the publicity that it should. I wont try and tell you all the aircraft here, one of the aircraft was "WAS" top secret, I had not a clue it had ever existed, its nick name ws "The Flaming Pencil", Bristol 188 high speed reasearch aircraft, it has long engine pods like the blackbird or sr71.
Treat yourself to a visit to RAF Cosford, if I am wrong write and tell me so...
My congratulations to the Station Commander at RAF Cosford for the quality of his station, as an ex RAF airman I have done my share of cleaning long ago.
There is a shopping area in the complex which is very modern, I could see a fair number of overseas visitors when I was there out of season
All the aircraft are looked after by unpaid hero's, they will even come out of offices and show you the demonstrations of how a plane fly’s. Take the children; they will love it, plus the food at Paulette’s.
