Directions
From M5 Junction 31 take the A30 (it goes in one direction only)
Follow for a couple of minutes until the A377 and turn right,,
This means take the slip road off the dual carriagway and stay in the right hand lane
Then follow the A377
Pass two main junctions and a large supermarket, past a turning on the left then
Take the right hand turning right lane lane and turn right into Marsh Barton Road
Go under a railway bridge (the height is 16ft or 4.88m, well thats what is on the actual bridge! because I looked, what dont I do for you chaps?) and take the first right into Trusham Road
Continue to a roundabout and turn left, Dens Delights is on your right hand side.
Parking is available for about 8 HGV's

HELLO THERE, IS THERE ANY CHANCE OF TELLING YOU HOW GOOD DENS DELIGHTS CAFE IS ON MARSH BARTON ESTATE IN EXETER. I VISIT IT QUITE REGULAR WHEN IN EXETER AND THE FOOD THERE IS VERY GOOD, THE STAFF ARE QUITE PLEASENT AND HELPFUL, THE PLACE IS SPOTLESS NOT A MARK ANYWHERE. I'VE ALWAYS VARIED MY CHOICE ON THE MENU, , WELL IT'S DEFINATELY MY CHOICE FOR A GREAT PITSTOP . GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY. REGARDS TINY

I have a large carpark which will house about 8 artics, have new shower facilities, which there is no charge for if driver is buying evening meal.
We have a very good menu, offering a wide range of healthy and not so healthy options.. Full English breakfast with tea or coffee is £4.90. Homemade cakes and daily specials available.. Cottage pie, liver and bacon casserole, Friday and Sunday roasts to name but a few.
Internet facility also available if required.
One drawback however is the lack of overnight lavatory facilities.
