A report below Below from Nigel Harris who is based in South Wales, thanks Nigel, reads as follows.
This is a well run operation with good freshly cooked food always available.
They have a wide selection, highlighted by their 'theme weeks' such as Welsh
week when you can get dishes from Wales. Prices are excellent. They also
have a non smoking area in the restaurant.
There is entertainment at least three times a week, upstairs in the bar,
where you can get a good pint of beer at a reasonable price.
All staff in restaurant, bar and shop are helpful and pleasant.
Shower facilities are clean and modern.
To me, its one of the better truck stops, mainly due to the prices and staff.
Well worth a visit if you're in the area.
Love the website - keep up the good work.
All the best

Keep on trucking
November 2005.
I would just like to say that my mate asked me to look up on the internet for truck stops for him, so I went onto the web page and found a list. He wanted somewhere near jct 25 of the m1 so I told him about junction 29. He came to me the next morning and said that it was one of the best places he had ever stayed in. The food he said was out of this world and he was well filled up. The showers were clean and tidy, and all the fridge trucks had to be turned off by 10pm, which he thought was a brilliant idea. So I think that he gives the truck stop 10 out of 10 for everything, and he will be definately be stopping there again. Yours Sincerely, Karen.
