The Recycling and waste Management Exhibition in Birmingham England (September 2007) was very interesting, the mechanisation and plant was varied. The vehicles were well presented and given the tasks they have to perform, durability is important. Britain like some other countries has a reputation for such goods,, doing the job correctly to commercial or military standards, what it takes to get the job done. A good point to remember when considering a purchase is its not just the goods you pay for when you buy a product, its the service you get, or if there is a problem in what spirit will the seller react,, so cheapest is not destined to be the best, nor is the most expensive.
From my own experience in business I am convinced that any business can be made more prosperous by 100% dealing with claims as if you were the customer,, following up the problem until the customer is fully satisfied,, this will earn you more business than you will be able to easily measure.
Waste recycling is a growth industry, those who do this well now can become global operators in the not so distant future, I wonder what new stars will arise in the business community in the few years ahead.
