These vehicles can often be seen escorted by a professional escort vehicle. The route has been pre-planned, times are quite accurate, the police will have been informed, the route agreed, all done by the escort company.
I have to admit it must be quite a job for such drivers, cool is the order of the day or night, with roundabouts to be negotiated, its hard enough for any HGV, 4 wheeler to 44 tones,,,,, I see them sitting on a roundabout entrance, waiting for a gap in the traffic,,, when it does come they move forward, it can only be slowly,, when in progress a car comes screaming around the roundabout, having entered it at high speed, quite some time after the HGV was well in progress,,, .
Here the HGV driver was required to have had the gift of seeing into the future, to have known that some time after he was into the roundabout, a car would scream around thinking it had the right of way over all in front of it,,,, hooter sounding,,,, demanding,,,, that the HGV evaporate into space….. HGV drivers do have more ability than the general car driver,, they know that some idiot in a car will do just this,,,, simple minds,,,, fools,,,, idiots,,,, generally those who have never been taught by their parents consideration for others,,,, they throw their litter out of their car,,, and encourage their children to do the same by doing it with them in supermarket car parks,, we see it every day,, the inconsiderate’s of life, more are, or have, been produced by inadequate parents,,,, they treat everywhere as if it was a tip,,,, all acts having zero consideration for others… These are simple minds, stupid people, often aggressive,,,, always in their own private world,,,,, eventually on Britain’s roads they will meet their equal,,,, and END UP DEAD! BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO REAL INTELLIGENCE!
At this point I must admit to having certain thoughts that are not very considerate of themselves,, but one thought is that I hope they do meet their equal and not a poor innocent driver who suffers as a result or looses his/her life.
The motorways jam up due to accidents, idiots racing, jumping lanes, switching lanes, crossing lanes, often in rush hour, billions of pounds are lost every year due to idiots, not always young people,,,, quite often not young,,,, causing accidents. They just don’t care, never have cared, never will, ,, they are like the flotsam jetsam of life,,, and can sink! Make sure they don’t take you with them,, Stay Cool! don’t react to them!
