Telford Tyres are located in Horton Wood, Telford and Shropshire. This week I looked to photograph a white van man, van, (get your tongue around that) and this operator is unusual in name, quite original I thought,,, here we have The Telford Tyre Brigade (not Fire Brigade), they have a well equipped base and mobile HGV Coach Tractor white van man or car tyre service. If you are looking for tyres or have broken down with a puncture give them a call,,, I am sure you wont be disappointed. I have personally used them and the price and service is excellent. Phone around and see for yourself 01952 270 009. I have seen HGV's in a queue at their Horton Wood 8 depot at weekends, quite happily waiting for tyres to be fitted, which was not long.
So onwards to other photographs, if you like old steam engines,,, then we have one here for you,, its not in working order, but, I can imagine it when its restored,, its about 65 tons if I remember correctly. HC Wilson with European Admiral was on the front.
Who has the very best bunk bed in a truck,, top quality, perfect sleep, softness personified, asleep when your head hits the pillow,,, has to be Silent Night,,, and a look at the bunk says its not skimpy,, could be its true, but smart looking it is!
