The Harbour Cafe In Wick is located alongside the harbour, where HGV's can park. Stevens Transport has a garage depot at this location for HGV.Giving the directions entering Wick from the south,,,
Pass through one set of traffic lights and a pelican lights and in 100 yds at a mini roundabout (ghost roundabout) turn right, follow the road (River Street) close to the river
Pass over another ghost roundabout and follow the road around the right angle turn to the right 100 yds ahead
Park anywhere on the left that is available
Do not try to use a different road to the harbour unless you know the area.
The Harbour Cafe is on the right about 100 yds
Failing that follow the harbour around and keep to the left leaving the road you will be able to turn or park in this area, which is still by the harbour.
The first photo shows the harbour frontage outside the Cafe. Stevens Trucks are parked here in this photo. As you can see there is space for visitors, Stevens are not always parked here, but, even if this were full 100yds away there is other space around the harbour, lots of it.
You can wake up in the morning and think you have a boat and not an HGV hi hi...

I would suggest that HGV stick to the route suggested from the A99
